MotoMonster GmbH & Co. KG is a German motorcycle Kurventrainings and endurance-racing organizer based in Augsburg, led by Geschäftsführerin Elisabeth Rutz. The team was started in 2008 by founder Ivo — a former Motorrad-tour guide for MZ and other tour operators in Germany and Spain — after he got hooked at the Sachsenring in 2003 and put together the first two-day training out of a forum meet-up. The format is a five-colour group system that re-shuffles at midday and end-of-day-one by actual lap times: Rot (fast Freifahrer), Gelb (normal Freifahrer), Grün (Freifahrer without instructor), Schwarz (Einsteiger with instructors mixed into the group), and Blau (Rennstrecken-Neulinge in instructor-led groups, 3 riders per instructor). Sticker-based rotation makes group changes simple — you peel off the old colour, stick on the new one. Every event is covered by Motorsport-Haftpflichtversicherung since 2011, fully compliant with the April 2024 EU directive on Kfz-Haftpflicht. The decorated team blends genuine racing experience with practical on-paddock support: Markus has raced from Enduro and Supermoto through to 1000cc Rundstrecke; Olli has been a MotoMonster instructor since 2010 with Endurance racing experience in the DLC; Silvio (Metallbaumeister, on the team since the early days) handles db-killer welding, MacGyver-grade engineering, and instruction since 2010; Sven races Langstrecken-Rennen since 2011. Uniquely, Sandra — a staatlich anerkannte Physiotherapeutin since 2001 — runs the registration desk and offers paddock massages at every event. The trackday calendar leans on Groß Dölln, Spreewaldring, Sachsenring, Tor Poznan, Slovakiaring and Most, with 4-hour endurance races a signature format. Riders entered in all rounds of the in-house Langstrecken-Cup earn VIP status for the following season (all-event insurance + Vollverpflegung included). Brand voice: "Sorgenfrei heizen" — and you have to tolerate their "Guten-Morgen-Weck-Melodie".
