Buying Tickets
How do I buy a ticket?
Browse available listings on our listings page or search for specific events. When you find a ticket you want, click on it to view details, then proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through our platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and iDEAL for Dutch bank accounts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I receive my ticket after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive the ticket file immediately via email and in your account under "My Purchases". You can download the ticket PDF directly from there.
Can I get a refund?
Ticket purchases are generally final. However, if an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy. If you believe there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us.
What should I check before buying?
Verify the event date, location, and any requirements set by the organizer (license requirements, vehicle specifications, insurance, etc.). Make sure you can meet all trackday requirements before purchasing.
Selling Tickets
How do I sell my ticket?
Create an account, then go to Sell Tickets. Select the event, upload your ticket file (PDF), set your price, and publish your listing. Once a buyer purchases your ticket, you'll receive payment after the transaction is completed.
What tickets can I sell?
You can sell valid, transferable trackday tickets that you legally own. The ticket must be for a future event and must be allowed to be resold according to the organizer's terms. Fraudulent or invalid tickets are strictly prohibited.
How do I set the right price?
You're free to set your own price. We recommend pricing competitively based on the original ticket price and demand for the event. Keep in mind that a reasonable price helps sell tickets faster.
When and how do I get paid?
Once your ticket is sold and the buyer confirms receipt, payment will be transferred to your registered bank account. You'll need to add your bank details in your account settings before receiving payouts.
What fees does the platform charge?
Trackdaytickets.com charges a small service fee on successful transactions. The exact fee is displayed during the listing process. There are no fees for creating an account or listing tickets.
Can I sell multiple tickets at once?
Yes! When creating a listing, you can add multiple tickets. You can also choose whether to allow partial sales (selling tickets individually) or require buyers to purchase all tickets together.
Account & Settings
How do I create an account?
Click Register in the top navigation. Enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address. You can also sign up using Google, Apple, or other social accounts.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I add my bank account for payouts?
Go to Account Settings and add your bank account details (IBAN and account holder name). This is required before you can receive payouts from ticket sales.
How do I view my purchase history?
Log in to your account and go to My Purchases. Here you can view all your past purchases and download ticket files.
How do I manage my listings?
Go to My Listings to view, edit, or remove your active listings. You can also see the status of sold tickets here.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us. Note that you must have no pending transactions or active listings before account deletion.
Safety & Trust
Is it safe to buy tickets here?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We verify sellers and hold payments until transactions are completed successfully. If there's ever an issue, our support team is here to help.
How do you prevent fraud?
We use multiple verification methods, monitor listings for suspicious activity, and hold funds in escrow until tickets are delivered. Fraudulent accounts are permanently banned and reported to authorities.
What if I have a problem with a transaction?
Contact our support team immediately through the contact page. We investigate all reported issues and work to resolve disputes fairly.
