How do I buy a ticket?
Browse available events on our events page or search for specific events. When you find a ticket you want, click on it to view details, then proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through our platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank-based payment methods including iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), Przelewy24 and BLIK (Poland), SOFORT (Germany/Austria), TWINT (Switzerland), and SEPA Bank Transfer (rest of Europe). All payments are processed securely through Mollie.
How do I receive my ticket after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, the seller transfers the booking to your name with the organizer. You'll see the booking details in your account under "My Purchases" and receive a confirmation email. The seller's original ticket PDF isn't shared — the organizer books you in under your own name directly.
Can I get a refund?
Ticket purchases are generally final. However, if an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy. If you believe there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us.
What should I check before buying?
Verify the event date, location, and any requirements set by the organizer (license requirements, vehicle specifications, insurance, etc.). Make sure you can meet all trackday requirements before purchasing.
Selling Tickets
How do I sell my ticket?
Create an account, then go to Sell Your Ticket. Select the event, upload your ticket file (PDF), set your price, and publish your listing. Once the organizer or buyer confirms the booking transfer, payment is sent to your bank account within 3 working days. If we don't receive confirmation, the payment is released after the event.
What tickets can I sell?
You can sell valid, transferable trackday tickets that you legally own. The ticket must be for a future event and must be allowed to be resold according to the organizer's terms. Fraudulent or invalid tickets are strictly prohibited.
How do I set the right price?
You're free to set your own price. We recommend pricing competitively based on the original ticket price and demand for the event. Keep in mind that a reasonable price helps sell tickets faster.
When and how do I get paid?
Once the buyer or organizer confirms the ticket transfer, payment is sent to your registered bank account within 3 working days. If we don't receive confirmation, the payment is released after the event. You'll need to add your bank details in your account settings before receiving payouts.
What fees does the platform charge?
Sellers pay nothing and keep the full asking price. A small service fee is added on top for the buyer at checkout, shown before payment. Creating an account and listing tickets is always free.
Can I sell multiple tickets at once?
Yes! When creating a listing, you can add multiple tickets. You can also choose whether to allow partial sales (selling tickets individually) or require buyers to purchase all tickets together.
Account & Settings
How do I create an account?
Click Log in in the top navigation. Enter your email and we'll send you a verification code. You can also sign up using Apple or other social accounts.
How do I add my bank account for payouts?
Go to Account Settings and add your bank account details (IBAN and account holder name). This is required before you can receive payouts from ticket sales.
How do I view my purchase history?
Log in to your account and go to My Purchases. Here you can view all your past purchases and booking details.
How do I manage my listings?
Go to My Listings to view, edit, or remove your active listings. You can also see the status of sold tickets here.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us. Note that you must have no pending transactions or active listings before account deletion.
Safety & Trust
Is it safe to buy tickets here?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Mollie using bank-based payment methods that protect both buyers and sellers. We verify sellers and hold payments until transactions are completed successfully. If there's ever an issue, our support team is here to help.
How do you prevent fraud?
We use multiple verification methods, monitor listings for suspicious activity, and hold funds securely until the booking transfer is confirmed. Fraudulent accounts are permanently banned and reported to authorities.
What if I have a problem with a transaction?
Contact our support team immediately through the contact page. We investigate all reported issues and work to resolve disputes fairly.
