When a rider can't attend, they can resell their ticket through this platform. The new rider contacts you for the name transfer, and the spot stays filled. You can also list tickets yourself — unsold spots, last-minute returns, or cancellations — using the same seller flow riders use.

Is it really free?
Yes. There are no fees for organizers — listing your events is completely free. A small service fee is added for buyers on top of the ticket price.
What do I need to do?
Very little. We list and maintain your events automatically — you just handle name transfers when a ticket is resold.
Can I sell tickets myself on the platform?
Yes. Your organizer account can list tickets the same way riders do — head to /sell and create a listing. Handy for last-minute returns, unsold spots, or filling specific groups close to the event date.
How are ticket transfers handled?
After a sale, the seller contacts you to transfer the booking to the new participant — usually a simple email. You can confirm or flag transfers directly from your organizer portal.
Can I control which events are listed?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll adjust your listings. You can request changes to event details, ticket types, or remove events at any time.
Do I need to create an account?
No — we set up your organizer account and send you login details. From there you can manage transfers and notifications.
