How do I get paid?
Once the buyer or organizer confirms the ticket transfer, we release the funds to your bank account via SEPA transfer within 3 working days. If we don't receive confirmation, the payment is released after the event.
What if my ticket doesn't sell?
No worries — there's no obligation. You can edit your price, update details, or remove your listing at any time before it sells.
Is it safe to upload my ticket?
Yes. Your ticket PDF is stored securely and is only used to verify your booking with the organizer — it's never shared with the buyer. The booking is transferred to the buyer's name directly through the organizer.
Can I set my own price?
Yes, you choose your price. We'll show you guidance based on the original ticket value and current demand so you can sell fast without underselling.
