About First on Track

First On Track is a French motorcycle trackday and coaching organizer founded in 2007 by brothers Ludovic and Yvan Genestier — two motorcycle-competition enthusiasts who built the organisation around a simple idea: helping motorcyclists progress durably on circuit through demanding, pedagogical and accessible-to-all-levels coaching. The signature credential: First On Track became the first Honda piloting school in France in partnership with Honda France — a strong recognition of its know-how and demanding standards. The coaching approach is deliberately distinct from chronometred-only trackdays: groupes homogènes, briefings approfondis and individualised accompaniment. The 2026 coaching team is led by a double world champion, with team members including Pierre Lapiczak and Mathieu Stuber — both with significant competition experience. The format combines precision technique with pedagogy and competition experience — riders are guided from understanding the circuit, through refining trajectories, to gaining confidence and durable progression. The European calendar covers Belgium, Czech Republic, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal — a tour of major MotoGP and WSBK circuits structured around coaching depth rather than circuit volume. With "27 ans de passion" combining the brothers' competition careers with the formal school's nearly two decades of operations, First On Track sits in the deep-instruction category of European trackday operators.
