About Circuito Tazio Nuvolari

Circuito Tazio Nuvolari is a motor racing circuit in Cervesina, in the Pavia province of Lombardy, Italy — the only Italian motorsport venue dedicated to legendary Italian racing champion Tazio Nuvolari. The original 2.805 km, 11-corner (6 right / 5 left) layout opened in 2014 and was anchored by a 720 m full-throttle main straight allowing 270–286 km/h top speeds on litre superbikes. From 2019 a major expansion project progressively extended the circuit, reaching 5.260 km by January 2024 — making the Tazio Nuvolari the second-longest permanent circuit in Italy (behind only Monza's 5.793 km Grand Prix course). The expanded facility offers five separate FMI- and ACI-homologated layouts: 5,260 m, 4,665 m, 4,670 m, the original 2,805 m and a short 2,450 m configuration. The circuit hosts Italian national motorcycle and car championship rounds, the Pirelli National Trophy and an intensive trackday programme for the Lombardy and Piedmont scene. The 720 m main straight remains the venue's headline feature, and the variety of layout combinations makes Cervesina particularly versatile for rider training and team test programmes.
