The site's origins go back to a Second World War United States military airfield (USAFE installation), but the modern circuit is the result of an ambitious privately-funded project led by the Levorato family — Pierre and Damien Levorato initiated the build in 2019 across a 40-hectare site, with nearly four years of administrative procedures, design work and construction before official homologation was obtained in late June 2023. The 11 m wide, particularly hilly layout features a dynamic alternation of fast sections and technical corners across 14 turns — designed specifically to give motorcycle and car drivers a rich training ground for trajectories, braking and acceleration. Mirecourt hosts French national sports car and touring car series, motorcycle championship rounds, and an extensive trackday programme aimed at the Grand Est region as well as Swiss and German visitors.
